贝克·麦坚时律师事务所近日迎来陈盛律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。加入贝克·麦坚时前， 他就职于高伟绅律师事务所。

陈律师专注深耕资本市场及美国证券领域，在“沪伦通”和“中瑞通”机制下发行全球存托凭证（GDR）方面拥有丰富的执业经验。多年来，他成功协助来自特专科技和新能源、生命科学和医疗保健、消费品和零售业的多家投资银行和大型公司处理香港上市及其他国际证券发行相关事宜。

陈律师的加入是贝克·麦坚时引入Tess Lumsdaine后，进一步巩固其香港地区专业实力的体现。

Baker McKenzie adds capital markets expert in Hong Kong

Baker McKenzie has hired capital markets partner Chen Sheng in Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, he worked at Clifford Chance.

Chen focuses on capital markets and US securities and has broad experience in global depositary receipts (GDR) offerings under the Shanghai-London Stock Connect and the China-Switzerland Stock Connect. Over the years, Chen has represented many investment banks and major corporations in the specialized technologies and new energy, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer goods and retail industries in Hong Kong IPOs and other international securities offerings. 

The addition of Chen is a further consolidation of Baker McKenzie's expertise in Hong Kong with the introduction of Tess Lumsdaine.
