达辉律师事务所近日迎来公司业务专家于宝露律师以合伙人身份加入其上海办公室。

于律师的业务领域涵盖跨境并购，私募股权，外商投资，基金业务，日常公司事务等等。加入达辉之前，于律师曾在美国威嘉律师事务所工作。

这是达辉今年引入的最新一位合伙人级别律师。

DaHui adds corporate expert in Shanghai

Dahui Lawyers has recently added a corporate expert Kenny Yu in its Shanghai office.

Yu's practice areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign investment, fund business, and day-to-day corporate matters. Prior to joining DaHui, Yu worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
