达辉律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家刘坷律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

刘律师主要专注于资本市场、收购兼并、私募股权投资及一般公司业务，尤其擅长处理复杂的证券发行、上市及资本市场交易项目。加入达辉前，刘律师曾在方达律师事务所工作。

达辉在一份新闻稿中表示，刘律师的加入将进一步巩固该所为境内外资本市场客户提供跨领域、多法域、全方位服务的优势，增强其资本市场团队的综合实力。

这是达辉今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

DaHui hires capital markets lawyer from Fangda

Dahui Lawyers has recruited capital markets lawyer Kevin Liu as a partner in Shanghai from Fangda Partners

Liu focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate practice, with particular expertise in handling complex securities offerings, listings and capital market transactions. 

DaHui addressed in a press release that the addition of Liu will further consolidate the firm's strength in providing cross-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional, and comprehensive services to domestic and international capital market clients.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
