高伟绅律师事务所近日迎来诉讼与争议解决律师郭树钦、黄智全以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，郭律师在卫达仕律师事务所担任合伙人；黄律师在富而德律师事务所担任顾问。
郭律师具有超过20年的执业经验，曾为多家上市公司、金融机构、财务投资者和高净值人士就复杂事项提供法律意见，擅长处理大型公司和商业诉讼、股东/合资企业和并购纠纷以及与破产和仲裁相关的诉讼。
黄律师长期为多家国际和大中华区的金融机构、资产管理公司和其他中介机构就监管和内部调查、金融犯罪和银行诉讼事务以及国际商事仲裁提供法律意见。
两位律师加入后，高伟绅香港办公室目前共有36位合伙人。
CC adds disputes duo in Hong Kong from Withers, Freshfields
Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance has hired Soo Khim Keoy and Jonathan Wong as partners in Hong Kong. They join from Withers and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, respectively.
Keoy is a commercial litigation specialist with more than 20 years of experience. He advises on large corporate and commercial litigation, joint ventures, and M&A disputes.
Meanwhile, Wong advises on regulatory and internal investigations, financial crimes, bank litigation matters and international and commercial arbitration.
With Keoy and Wong joining the firm, Clifford Chance now has 36 partners in Hong Kong.
