高伟绅律师事务所近日迎来基金和投资管理专家邢丽咏律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，她执业于凯易国际律师事务所。

邢律师擅长代表全球和亚洲基金发起人处理私募投资基金的架构搭建、设立和治理事务，包括风险投资、成长资本、收购、房地产、基础设施、二级市场和联合投资等方面。邢律师曾成功代表多家私募股权公司设立聚焦中国的基金。

邢律师曾于2014年加入凯易，并于2018年晋升为该所合伙人。她早前还曾执业于谢尔曼·思特灵律师事务所纽约和香港办公室。

邢律师加盟后，高伟绅香港办公室共有35位合伙人，其中包括去年11月从谢尔曼加入的债券业务专家杨逸龙律师。

CC lands HK funds partner from Kirkland

Clifford Chance has hired Xing Liyong, an expert in funds and investment management, as a partner in its Hong Kong office from Kirkland & Ellis. 

Xing has experience advising global and Asian fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, and governance of private investment funds across various strategies, such as venture capital, growth capital, buyout, and real estate. She has represented a number of private equity firms in establishing China-focused funds.

Having joined Kirkland in 2014, Xing was promoted to partner in 2018. She earlier worked with Shearman & Sterling in New York and Hong Kong.

Clifford Chance’s Hong Kong office now has 35 partners. In November last year, the office added debt markets partner Alan Yeung from Shearman.
