半导体和集成电路设计企业格科微近期在上海证券交易所科创板上市，募资约35.93亿元。中伦律师事务所担任发行人律师；金杜律师事务所则为保荐人提供法律意见。

格科微成立于2003年，注册于开曼群岛，实际经营总部位于上海。公司的主营业务为CMOS图像传感器和显示驱动芯片的研发、设计和销售。此次IPO使其成为首家在A股上市的红筹民营控股企业。

根据招股书显示，中伦团队的经办合伙人为姚启明、夏荷、沈进；金杜团队的经办合伙人则为龚牧龙、杨振华。

该IPO项目的保荐人为中金公司。

Zhong Lun and KWM advised on red chip semiconductor maker’s IPO in Shanghai’s STAR Market

Zhong Lun Law Firm has advised GalaxyCore, a semiconductor and integrated circuit maker, on its $553 million IPO in Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market, with King & Wood Mallesons advising the sponsor.

Established in 2003, GalaxyCore was registered in Cayman Islands with its operating headquarter located in Shanghai. The company focuses on the making, designing, and selling of CMOS imaging sensors and display driving chips. Following this IPO, GalaxyCore has become the first red chip private company listed in A share.

According to the company’s prospectus, the Zhong Lun team was led by partners Yao Qiming, Xia He and Shen Jin, with the KWM team led by partners Gong Mulong and Yang Zhenhua.

The sponsor was CICC.
