11月21日，中国信息通讯技术企业锐捷网络在深交所创业板成功上市，募资22.08亿元。中伦律师事务所作为发行人法律顾问参与到本项目之中。

锐捷网络成立于2003年，是ICT及云计算基础设施龙头企业，主营业务为网络设备、网络安全产品及云桌面解决方案的研发、设计和销售，产品和方案广泛应用于政府、运营商、金融、互联网、教育、医疗、能源、交通、商业、制造业等行业信息化建设领域，业务范围覆盖50多个国家和地区。 

锐捷网络此次通过由福建星网锐捷通讯股份有限公司以分拆方式上市。

根据德勤数据，2022年前三季度，共有110支新股在创业板实现上市。

Zhong Lun on Ruijie Networks’ $309 mln IPO on ChiNext

Zhong Lun Law Firm has advised China network software producer Ruijie Networks on its $309 million initial public offering on Shenzhen’s ChiNext board, China’s equivalent to the NASDAQ board.

Founded in 2003, Ruijie produces network equipment, network security products, cloud desktop solutions, and other products. Ruijie is a leading player in the ICT field, and it provides services throughout China, as well as in nearly fifty countries and regions globally.

The Zhong Lun team was led by counsel Yang Kaiguang, and partner Tian Yaxiong.

According to Deloitte, ChiNext saw 110 IPOs in the first three quarters of 2022, ranking first among all boards in China.
