2020年12月31日，绿地香港控股有限公司完成对广州绿地房地产开发有限公司100%的股权收购，对价约72.6亿元，约合11. 2亿美元。君合律师事务所、美富律师事务所分别作为绿地香港的境内外律师提供法律意见。

绿地香港成立于1998年，总部位于上海，是世界500强绿地集团旗下控股子公司，是绿地集团唯一境外上市房地产平台及品牌展示的国际窗口。本次收购完成后，广州绿地成为绿地香港的全资子公司。

JunHe and Morrison act on Greenland HK’s acquisition of Guangzhou Greenland

Greenland Hong Kong Holdings has completed the equity acquisition of Guangzhou Greenland Real Estate Development with $1.12 billion. JunHe and Morrison & Foerster advised Greenland Hong Kong respectively regarding domestic and Hong Kong SAR legal matters. 

Established in 1998, the Shanghai-headquartered Greenland HK is the subsidiary of Fortune 500 company Greenland Group. It is the only foreign listed real estate platform of Greenland Group. Following the completion of this acquisition, Guangzhou Greenland has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenland Hong Kong.
