君合律师事务所近日协助中国电力国际有限公司（中电国际）在上海证券交易所成功发行三年期8亿元人民币熊猫债。

君合北京团队和君合香港团队在本项目中分别担任发行人境内法律顾问和发行人境外法律顾问。

君合在一份新闻稿中表示，本次发行是中国境内全市场首支绿色科技创新熊猫债，募集资金将全部用于哈萨克斯坦清洁能源项目。

君合北京团队由合伙人雷天啸和顾嘉律师领导，内核合伙人为周舫律师；君合香港团队由合伙人何嘉明律师牵头。

JunHe led on CPIH’s issuance of RMB 800 mln panda bond

JunHe has advised China Power International Holding Ltd. (CPIH) on its three-year RMB 800 million panda bond on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Junhe’s Beijing team and Hong Kong team acted as inbound and offshore counsel to the issuer respectively in this project.

JunHe addressed in a press release that the issuance is the first green technology innovation panda bond in China, and the proceeds will be used for clean energy projects in Kazakhstan.

JunHe’s Beijing team was led by partner Lei Tianxiao and lawyer Gu Jia, with strong support from partner Zhou Fang; JunHe’s Hong Kong team was led by partner Catherine Ho.
