10月18日，星环信息科技（上海）股份有限公司（“星环科技”）在上海证券交易所科创板成功上市，募资约14亿元。君合律师事务所在本项目中担任发行人律师。星环科技也成为国产大数据基础软件第一股。

星环科技成立于2013年，总部位于上海，是一家企业级大数据基础软件开发商，围绕数据的集成、存储、治理、建模、分析、挖掘和流通等数据全生命周期提供基础软件及服务。其主产品是一站式大数据基础平台Transwarp Data Hub。星环科技目前已累计超过千家终端用户，主要集中为金融、政府、能源、交通、智造行业的大型国企。

君合自2014年起担任星环科技的法律顾问，在私募融资、科创板IPO、知识产权、争议解决、日常运营等方面提供全方位法律服务。

君合星环科技的牵头合伙人为赵敏律师和李辰亮律师。 陶旭东律师亦为科创板IPO负责合伙人。 

本次发行的保荐机构、主承销商为中金公司；联席主承销商为国泰君安证券。

JunHe on Transwarp Technology’s $199 mln listing on the STAR Market

JunHe has advised Shanghai-headquartered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company Transwarp technology on its 1.43 billion yuan ($199 million) debut on the Shanghai STAR Market.

Founded in 2013, Transwarp develops big data software, cloud computing platforms and artificial intelligence analysis tools for enterprises. The company has more than 1,000 end-users across many sectors, including finance, government, energy, transportation, and manufacturing, according to its press release. It has a presence in major cities across China as well as Singapore.

JunHe has been advising Transwarp on different matters since 2014 and its leading partners for the company are Zhao Min and Li Chenliang. Partner Tao Xudong led the IPO project.

The sponsors were CICC and Guotai Junan Securities.
