中航（成都）无人机系统股份有限公司（ “中航无人机”）近日在上海证券交易所科创板成功上市，成为科创板无人机第一股，此次上市募资约43.6亿元，嘉源律师事务所在项目中担任发行人律师。

中航无人机2007年设立于成都，主要从事无人机系统的设计研发、生产制造、销售和服务。据证券时报报道，其旗下翼龙系列无人机在全球察打一体无人机中市占率位居全球第二，是中国军贸无人机出口的主力机型。

中航无人机此次募集资金将主要用于无人机系统研制及产业化项目、技术研究与研发能力提升项目，及补充流动资金。

中信建投、中航证券担任本次发行的联合保荐机构。

嘉源团队牵头律师为合伙人颜羽律师、易建胜律师、闫思雨律师、吴婧倩律师、吕丹丹律师。

Jia Yuan on China’s military drone producer’s $651 mln IPO

Jia Yuan Law Offices has advised AVIC (Chengdu) UAS Co on its $651 million initial public offering in Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR market, becoming the first drone stock in China.

Founded in 2007 in Chengdu, AVIC (Chengdu) UAS Co focuses on large fixed-wing long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems, and is mainly engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, sales and servicing of UAV systems. Its Wing Loong series ranks second for global UAV market share, and is the main model for China's military UAV exports, the Securities Times reported.

The proceeds will be used for the acceleration of the marketization process, development, operation and sales of the Wing Loong UAV series.

China Securities and AVIC Securities act as joint sponsors in the deal.

The Jia Yuan team was led by partners Yan Yu, Yi Jiansheng, Yan Siyu, Wu Jingqian and Lv Dandan.
