中国国际航空股份有限公司（中国国航）近日完成非公开发行A股股票发行，募集资金总额为150亿元人民币。嘉源律师事务所担任本项目的发行人法律顾问。
中国国航是是中国唯一的载旗航空公司，也是中国大陆三大航空公司之一。
嘉源团队由合伙人史震建、李丽领导，项目组其他主要成员包括资深律师齐曼、律师吴桐、魏茜、李正朔等。
该项目中的联席保荐人为中信证券及中金。

Air China Limited is the flag carrier of the People's Republic of China and one of the "Big Three" mainland Chinese airlines.
Jia Yuan’s team was led by partner Shi Zhenjian and Li Li.
The joint sponsors in the project are CITIC Securities and CICC.
