2021年2月24日，领展房地产投资信托基金（下称“领展房地产”）收购中国物业七宝万科广场50%权益，交易对价为27.72亿元人民币。国枫律师事务所在本次交易中为万科集团提供法律意见。

上海七宝万科广场于2016年建成，此前由万科集团相关基金与GIC RealEstate（新加坡政府产业投资有限公司）合作投资打造。此次交易完成后，领展房地产获得GIC Real Estate所持有的七宝万科广场项目公司50%的股权。SCPG印力集团仍将继续作为上海七宝万科广场的零售管理人。

Grandway advises Vanke on $424 mln stake sale of Qibao Vanke Mall to Link Real Estate

Grandway Law Offices has advised Vanke Group on the $424million sale of Qibao Vanke Mall’s equity to the Hong Kong-headquartered real estate company Link Real Estate Investment. 

Established in 2016, Shanghai Qibao Vanke Mall was co-invested by Vanke Group and GIC RealEstate. Following the deal, Link Real Estate will acquire half of Qibao Vanke Mall’s previously held by GIC Real Estate. SCPG, Vanke’s commercial property platform, continues acting as the retailing manager of Qibao Vanke Mall.
