中国互联网招聘平台BOSS直聘的母公司看准科技近日在美国纳斯达克上市，募集资金约9.12亿美元。天元律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所担任发行人律师；澄明则正律师事务所、瑞生国际律师事务所则为联席承销商（高盛、摩根士丹利、瑞银、华兴）提供法律意见。

看准科技旗下BOSS直聘是全国范围内首创互联网直聘模式的在线招聘平台，通过“直聊+精准匹配”方便招聘者和求职者直接沟通，为双方提供高效的招聘求职服务。这是2021年至今最大规模的中资企业赴美上市项目。

世达团队由合伙人高准、杜枢牵头领导；瑞生团队由合伙人杨长缨、王嘉忻牵头领导，合伙人施道明（Dominik Sklenar）提供支持。

Skadden, Latham lead on Chinese recruitment portal Boss Zhipin’s Nasdaq IPO

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Tian Yuan Law Firm have advised Kanzhun Limited, the largest online recruitment platform in China, on its $912 million initial public offering on Nasdaq, with Latham & Watkins and CM Law advising the joint underwriters.

Kanzhun operates the Boss Zhipin mobile app, first online recruitment platform directly connecting recruiters and job seekers who are matched based on data. The IPO is the largest so far among Chinese companies listing in U.S. this year.

The Skadden team was led by partners Julie Gao and Shu Du. The Latham team was led by partners Cathy Yeung and Allen Wang, who were supported by partner Dominik Sklenar.

Harneys acted as the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint underwriters were Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and China Renaissance.
