安理国际律师事务所协助联席全球协调人和联席簿记管理人于近日完成中国信达（香港）控股有限公司（简称“中国信达（香港）”）的全资子公司China Cinda (2020) I Management Limited发行总额20亿美元的多批次债券。
中国信达（香港）由中国四大资产管理公司之一的中国信达资产管理股份有限公司（简称“中国信达”）于香港全资设立，是中国信达唯一的海外战略投融资平台。此次交易是中国资产管理公司的境外分支于2021年进行的首个国际债券发行，并且是2021年迄今为止所有基于S规则进行的中国境外债券发行项目中规模最大的发行项目。

A&O acts on China Cinda (HK)’s $2 bln guaranteed notes issuance
Allen & Overy has advised the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners on the $500 million multi-tranche bond offering notes due 2024, $300 million due 2026, $400 million 2028 and $800 million notes due 2031 under the $2 billion medium term note programme by China Cinda (2020) I Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cinda (HK) Holdings.
China Cinda (HK) is established by China Cinda Asset Management, one of the four asset management companies in China. It is China Cinda’s only overseas strategic investment and finance platform. This is the first international bond issuing by an offshore branch of a Chinese asset management company in 2021 with the largest issue size so far in 2021 among all the Chinese offshore bond offerings on a Reg S basis.
