中国保险和健康服务科技平台水滴公司近日在美国纽约交易所上市，募集资金约4亿美元，成为国内第一家登陆纽交所的保险科技公司。汉坤律师事务所、美国世达律师事务所担任发行人律师；君合律师事务所、达维律师事务所则为联席承销商（高盛、摩根士丹利、美银证券）提供法律意见。

水滴公司成立于2016年，总部位于北京。水滴公司旗下业务包括水滴筹、水滴保险商城及水滴互助等，为用户提供健康保障解决方案，帮助弱势群体建立个人健康保障体系。

君合团队由合伙人王毅律师、孙小佳律师牵头领导，合伙人邓梁律师就保险法相关问题提供意见。达维团队由亚洲 (日本除外)联席主管何鲤、全球合伙人林振宇牵头领导。

Skadden, Davis Polk lead on Chinese health insurance platform's $400 mln NYSE IPO

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Han Kun Law Offices have advised Chinese health insurance platform Waterdrop on its $400 million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and JunHe advising the joint underwriters.

Established in 2016, the Beijing-headquartered Waterdrop provides health insurance solutions and helps disadvantaged groups build personal health insurance systems.

The JunHe team was led by partners Wang Yi and Sun Xiaojia, with partner Deng Liang advising on insurance law related issues. Meanwhile, the Davis Polk team advising the joint underwriters Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities was led by partners Li He and James C. Lin.

Maples and Calder was the issuer’s offshore lawyer.
