医学专科特检服务供应商康圣环球近期在香港交易所主板上市，募集资金约22.14亿港元。汉坤律师事务所、达维律师事务所、美富律师事务所担任发行人律师；竞天公诚律师事务所、苏利文·克伦威尔律师事务所则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。

康圣环球成立于2003年，总部位于武汉，是中国大型高端医学专科特检服务检验集团。2020年2月，康圣环球曾为包括火神山医院在内的多家医院提供新冠核酸检测服务。

达维团队由全球合伙人褚洋、王薛林、何鲤牵头领导。

Travers Thorp Alberga律师事务所担任发行人离岸律师。该IPO项目的联席保荐人为高盛、中金公司、瑞信。

Davis Polk, MoFo and S&C led on Chinese clinical tester’s $285mln Hong Kong IPO

Davis Polk & Wardwell, Morrison & Foerster, and Han Kun Law Offices have advised Kindstar Global, a clinical testing services provider, on its $285 million IPO in Hong Kong, with Sullivan & Cromwell and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2003, the Wuhan-headquartered Kindstar is a large high-end esoteric testing service provider in China. In February 2020, the company provided Covid-19 nucleic acid testing service for hospitals including the Huoshanshen Hospital.

The Davis Polk team was led by global partners Chu Yang, Steve Wang and He Li.

Travers Thorp Alberga was the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint sponsors were Goldman Sachs, CICC and Credit Suisse.
