2022年3月10日，蔚来集团以介绍方式在港交所主板第二上市。汉坤律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所担任发行人律师；通商律师事务所、盛信律师事务所则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。

蔚来成立于2014年，总部位于上海，专注于设计、开发、合作制造及销售高端智能电动汽车。2018年9月，蔚来在美国纽交所上市，募资约10亿美元。

此次二次上市项目中，迈普达担任发行人离岸律师；联席保荐人包括摩根士丹利、瑞信、中金公司。

Skadden and STB led on NIO’s secondary listing in HK in way of introduction

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Han Kun Law Offices have advised NIO on its secondary listing in Hong Kong in way of introduction, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2014, the Shanghai-based NIO is a maker and seller of high-end intelligent electric vehicle. In September 2018, NIO launched its $1 billion IPO in New York.

Maples and Calder advised the company as their offshore lawyer, with Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and CICC acting as the joint sponsors.
