据财经媒体，中国电信近期将在A股上市，拟募资541亿元，有望成为近10年最大规模的上市项目。海问律师事务所担任发行人律师；金杜律师事务所则为联席保荐机构提供法律意见。

中国电信的主营业务为提供移动通信服务、固网及智慧家庭服务、产业数字化服务。中国电信于2002年赴香港、美国纽约上市，并于今年1月从纽交所摘牌退市。

此次上市项目的联席保荐机构为中金公司、中信建投证券。

Haiwen and KWM acting on China Telecom’s listing in Shanghai

Haiwen & Partners is advising China Telecom on its planned $8.3 billion listing in Shanghai Stock Exchange, possibly the largest listing in almost a decade, with King & Wood Mallesons advising the joint sponsors.

China Telekom provides mobile communication services, fixed network and smart home services, and industrial digital services. It was listed in Hong Kong and New York in 2002 and has been delisted from the latter in this January. 

The joint sponsors are CICC and China Securities.
