连锁酒馆品牌海伦司国际控股于今日正式登陆港股，募资约25亿港元。竞天公诚律师事务所及其香港办公室、美国威尔逊·桑西尼·古奇·罗沙迪律师事务所担任发行人律师；通商律师事务所、达维律师事务所则为保荐人提供法律意见。

海伦司成立于2009年，总部位于深圳总部，是中国最大的连锁酒馆品牌，已在深圳、上海、长沙、武汉等城市设有超过100家门店。

达维团队由全球合伙人褚洋、何鲤领导。威尔逊团队的牵头合伙人为欧阳丹律师。

此次IPO的离岸律师为汇嘉律师事务所，保荐人为中金公司。

Wilson and Davis Polk led on Chinese pub franchisee’s $320 mln IPO in Hong Kong

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Jingtian & Gongcheng and the latter’s Hong Kong office have advised Helens International Holdings, a Chinese pub franchisee, on its $320 million IPO in Hong Kong, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the sponsor.

Established in 2009, the Shenzhen-headquartered Helens is the largest pub franchisee in China, with over 100 pubs opened in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Changsha and Wuhan.

The Davis Polk team was led by Chu Yang and He Li. The Wilson team was led by partner Ouyang Dan.

Walkers was the issuer’s offshore lawyer, with CICC acting as the sponsor.
