竞天公诚律师事务所近日协助国家电力投资集团吉电股份在深圳证券交易所成功发行清洁能源绿色碳中和资产支持专项计划（类REITs）。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，本次专项计划为全国首单风电+光伏清洁能源类REITs，规模达26.94亿元人民币，是我国迄今为止规模最大的清洁能源类REITs产品。

Jingtian & Gongcheng has advised State Power Investment Corporation-Jilin Power Share Co.Ltd. on its clean energy green carbon neutral asset-backed special scheme (REITs) in Shenzhen.

Jingtian & Gongcheng addressed in a press release that the plan is the first wind power and photovoltaic clean energy REITs in China, with a scale of RMB 2.694 billion, which is the largest clean energy REITs product in China to date.
