近日，百融云创科技股份有限公司（“百融云创”）在香港交易所主板上市，募集资金超过39亿港元。通商律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所担任发行人律师；天元律师事务所、达维律师事务所为联席承销商提供法律意见。

百融云创成立于2014年，总部位于北京，是一家专注于将AI赋能金融场景，提供金融服务的企业。百融云创本次IPO也是第四家以同股不同权架构成功实现香港上市的项目。

达维团队由合伙人何鲤律师、褚洋律师牵头领导。

本次IPO项目中，迈普达律师事务所担任发行人离岸律师；摩根士丹利、中金公司、民银资本则为联席承销商。

Skadden and Davis Polk led on Bairong’s over $500mln IPO in Hong Kong

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Commerce & Finance Law Offices have advised artificial intelligence technology company Bairong Inc on its over $500 million IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Tian Yuan advising the joint underwriters.

Established in 2014, the Beijing-headquartered Bairong is a company focusing on applying AI technology to financial services. Bairong’s IPO makes it the fourth company listed in Hong Kong under the structure of weighted voting right.

The Davis Polk team was led by partners Li He and Yang Chu.

Maples and Calder was the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint underwriters included Morgan Stanley, CICC and CMBC Capital Holdings.
