联易融科技集团正式近日在香港交易所主板上市，募集金额约80亿港元。通商律师事务所、达维律师事务所担任发行人律师；世达国际律师事务所、海问律师事务所则为联席保荐人（高盛、中金公司）提供法律意见。

联易融成立于2016年，总部位于深圳，是中国领先的供应链金融科技解决方案提供商，为企业和金融机构客户提供供应链金融科技解决方案。此次上市使其成为国内供应链金融科技SaaS第一股。

海问团队由合伙人孙伟伟、杜宁律师牵头领导；达维团队则由合伙人何鲤、褚洋律师牵头领导。

衡力斯律师事务所在本次上市项目中担任发行人离岸律师。

Davis Polk and Skadden led on Linklogis’ $1.03bln IPO in HK

Davis Polk & Wardwell and Commerce & Finance Law Offices have advised Shenzhen-headquartered fintech company Linklogis Inc. on its $1.03 billion IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board, with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Haiwen & Partners advising the joint underwriters Goldman Sachs and CICC.

Established in 2016, Linklogis is a Chinese company providing companies and financial institutes with supply chain finance technology solutions. As Linklogis successfully launched the IPO, it becomes the first listed domestic supply chain fintech company.

The Davis Polk team was led by partners Li He and Yang Chu, while the Haiwen team was led by partners Weiwei Sun and Ning Du.

Harney Westwood & Riegels acted as Linklogis’ offshore lawyer.
