祥生控股（集团）有限公司（以下简称“祥生控股”）近日成功在香港联交所主板上市，募集资金约31.7亿港元（约合4.1亿美元）。通商律师事务所、盛德律师事务所在该上市项目中担任公司法律顾问；盛信律师事务所、竞天公诚律师事务所则为承销商提供法律意见。

祥生控股总部位于上海，是一家大型综合房地产开发商。根据国务院发展研究中心企业研究所、清华大学房地产研究所及中国指数研究院的资料，自2018年起，其连续三年位列“中国房地产百强企业” 第十，并于2019年被评为“中国房地产开发企业品牌价值Top 30” 。

盛德团队由合伙人律师刘心怡、熊玉萍牵头。竞天公诚团队牵头合伙人为陈泽佳。

Simpson Thacher and Sidley Austin led on Shinsun Holdings’ HKEX IPO

Shinsun Holdings (Group) has recently launched its IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s mainboard, raising a total fund of around $410mln. Sidley Austin and Commerce & Finance advised the issuer, while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Jingtian & Gongcheng advised the underwriters.

Shinsun Holdings, a Shanghai-headquartered large comprehensive real-estate developer, has been ranked the 10th in “China's Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises” for three years since 2018 based on data of Enterprise Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council, Tsinghua University Real Estate Research Institute and China Index Academy. It was also elected into “China's Real Estate Development Enterprise Brand Value Top 30” in 2019. 

The Sidley team was led by partners Sherlyn Lau and Renee Xiong. The Jingtian & Gongcheng team was led by partner Chen Zejia.
