蓝月亮集团是中国领先的家庭清洁护理公司，其研发、生产及销售涵盖衣物清洁护理、个人清洁护理及家居清洁护理三大品类的多款产品。根据行业研究报告，于2017年、2018年及2019年各年，蓝月亮集团的洗衣液、洗手液及浓缩洗衣液产品在其各自市场的市场份额均排名第一。

海问团队牵头合伙人为张继平、杜宁；富而德团队牵头合伙人为黄颖慧、赖志诚。

Linklaters and Freshfields lead on Blue Moon’s HKEx IPO

On 16 Dec 2020, Blue Moon Group Holdings launched its IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising a total fund of $1.2 billion. Linklaters and King Wood & Mallesons advised the issuer, while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Haiwen & Partners advised the joint sponsors and underwriters.

Blue Moon Group is a leading consumer-centric household care company in China. Its products primarily comprise three categories: fabric care, personal hygiene and home care. Its liquid laundry detergent, liquid soap and concentrated liquid laundry detergent products had the largest market shares in their respective markets in each of 2017, 2018 and 2019, according to industry research.

The Haiwen team was led by partners Zhang Jiping and Du Ning, while the Freshfields’ team was led by partners Grace Huang and Calvin Lai.
