爱慕股份有限公司近日在上交所主板成功上市，募资约8.4亿元人民币。金杜律师事务所在项目中担任发行人律师。

爱慕股份是专业从事高品质贴身服饰及其用品研发、生产与销售的知名企业，其品牌1993年创立于北京，主要针对高端消费市场。本次募资金额将用于强化其市场及数据能力，以及在越南投资生产。

金杜团队主办合伙人为龚牧龙、张明远、高怡敏、沈诚敏。

KWM on China intimates giant’s Shanghai IPO

King & Wood Mallesons has acted as the issuer’s lawyer in China intimates giant Aimer’s $132 million initial public offering on the main board of SSE recently.

Founded in 1993 in Beijing, Aimer is a lingerie maker who caters to China’s high-end market. It will use the yield funds to strengthen its marketing and data capabilities as well as invest in production in Vietnam.

The KWM team was led by partners Gong Mulong, Zhang Mingyuan, Gao Yimin, and Shen Chengmin.
