• 盈科律师事务所近日接连开设了江苏昆山及安徽芜湖分所，分别是盈科在中国大陆地区的第67及68家分所，也是盈科在江苏的第13家、安徽的第2家分所，其中昆山分所管委会主任为张炜红律师；
此外，盈科还于近日收到了韩国法务部长官签发的“盈科首尔律所”设立许可证，据悉将于12月18日正式开业，这是盈科在全球设立的第188家分支机构；分所负责人为祝翠瑛律师，目前共配置2名中国律师及其他4名工作人员，预计未来驻派人数将增加到10人。分所未来将针对韩国客户提供中国法律服务，也将为中国客户寻求最为匹配的韩国法律服务；
• 金杜律师事务所近日开设了海口办公室，这是金杜在中国的第13个办公室，也是在海南省的第2个办公室。海口办公室负责人为王建平律师，办公室未来将专注于金融、资本市场、外商投资、房地产和基础设施、争议解决等领域，以及生物医药、旅游、自由贸易港和自由贸易区等行业领域，和金杜粤港澳大湾区的广州、深圳和香港办公室构筑起整个华南的综合服务和资源平台。
• 天册律师事务所近日开设了深圳分所，这是天册在杭州总部之外的第四家分所。分所现共有13位合伙人，总员工规模为30余人。
天册总部派驻深圳分所的管理合伙人为傅林涌律师，其执业领域为国际商事仲裁、涉外商业诉讼、金融交易的争议解决、外商投资与并购、境外投资与并购、私募基金及各类股权和债权投融资业务。分所主任为叶剑荣律师，其执业领域为破产清算与金融业务。
天册深圳分所未来将布局四大板块：证券和金融业务，房地产与建筑工程业务，互联网和数据合规，以及跨境投资并购与争议解决业务。深圳分所的设立标志着天册在中国三大核心经济区域的战略布局基本完成；
• 汇业律师事务所近日开设了浙江自贸区办公室，办公室负责人为陈嘉诚律师，该办公室未来将进一步扩大整合汇业在长三角地区的法律服务资源；
• 广和律师事务所近日开设了茂名办公室，这是广和的第16家分所，也是其在大湾区布局的第7家分所。分所负责人为程恳律师；
Chinese law firms: A roundup of recent office openings
- Yingke Law Firm has opened offices in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, and Wuhu, Anhui province; the former is Yingke’s 13th branch in Jiangsu, while the latter is its second in Anhui. The Kunshan office is headed by partner Zhang Weihong.
Yingke has also opened a new office in the South Korean capital of Seoul, the 188th overseas branch of the firm. It is headed by partner Zhu Cuiying and now has a headcount of six people, with plans to expand to 10 in the future. It will provide Chinese law advice to Korean clients and Korean law advice to Chinese clients.
- King & Wood Mallesons has opened a new office in Haikou, the firm’s 13th branch in mainland China, and second on the island province of Hainan. It is headed by partner Wang Jianping, and will focus on finance, capital markets, foreign investment, real estate, infrastructure and dispute resolution offerings in industries such as pharmaceuticals and tourism. The new office will collaborate with the firm’s Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong branches to build a resource network in South China.
- Hangzhou-headquartered T&C Law Firm has opened its fourth office in Shenzhen. The new branch has a headcount of about 30 people, including 13 partners. It is headed by managing partner Fu Linyong and director Ye Jianrong. Fu specializes in international commercial arbitration, dispute resolution, foreign investment, M&A and private equity, while Ye focuses on bankruptcy and financial services.
The new office will focus on four main areas: Securities and finance, real estate and construction, internet and data compliance, as well as cross border investment/M&A and dispute resolution.
- Hui Ye Law Firm has opened a new office in Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone. The office is expected to enhance the firm’s legal offering in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is headed by partner Chen Jiacheng.Guanghe Law Firm has opened a new office in Maoming, Guangdong province. It is the firm’s 16th branch, and seventh in the Greater Bay Area. The new office is headed by partner Cheng Ken.
