国浩律师事务所近日设立了南昌办公室，这也是国浩在全球范围内的第33家执业机构。

根据国浩的一份新闻稿，未来其南昌办公室将专注于高端商事法律服务，主要业务领域为银行信托、企业投融资、资本市场、公司运营、建设工程与房地产、涉外法律服务以及争议解决等。南昌办公室人员规模约为15人，分所主任为冯帆律师，她的主要执业领域为政府法律顾问、投融资、重大商事争议解决、涉外法律服务等；王来生律师和魏志军律师同时担任分所管理合伙人，他们的执业领域分别为投资、并购、改制破产，以及资本市场。

国浩评论道：南昌办公室是国浩在长江经济带及中东部地区的又一重要布局，其未来将配合江西本地的企业上市计划，以及“一带一路”战略的继续推进。

国浩是近期来第二家开设南昌办公室的大型综合性律所：去年11月，德恒律师事务所刚刚开设了同样以“一带一路”和跨境投融资为业务重点的南昌分所。

Grandall opens new office in Nanchang, deepening presence in the B&R region

Grandall Law Firm has opened a new office in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi province, the firm’s 33rd branch globally.

The new office specializes on providing commercial legal services, with focuses on bank trust, investment and finance, capital markets, construction and real estate, cross-border transaction as well as dispute resolution. The new office has about fifteen lawyers and is led by partner Feng Fan, who specializes on advising government institutions, investment and finance and commercial dispute resolution. Wang Laisheng and Wei Zhijun also act as managing partners of the new office.

The Nanchang office will deepen Grandall’s presence in Middle East China, and is eyeing on the opportunities provided by local government’s IPO promotion project as well as along the Belt & Road Initiative.

Grandall is the second to venture into Nanchang recently, with DeHeng Law Offices opening a new office there in last November.
