近日，总部位于北京的兰台律师事务所正式设立青岛办公室，成为该所在国内的第15家办公室。

据悉，兰台青岛办公室将由主任刘晨律师领导，高级合伙人王正起律师担任管委会主任，两位律师此前都任职于本地的新岛律师事务所，该所正是于2013年，由刘晨律师所创办。兰台青岛办公室目前共拥有50余名律师。

兰台在新闻稿中表示，青岛办公室将专注于公司股权、商事合规、政府与公共事务、房地产与基础设施、劳动、刑事、争议解决等领域。

兰台青岛办公室是兰台总所实施“一体两翼”战略布局的重要一步，也是兰台响应国家“一带一路”倡议，在沿海地区开展涉外法律服务的重要举措，未来将共享资源和平台，全力支持兰台青岛办公室的发展。

Lantai opens in Qingdao

Beijing-headquartered Lantai Partners has recently launched a new office in Qingdao, Shandong Province, which becomes the 15th branch of the firm domestically.

The newly-launched Qingdao office will be led by Liu Chen, with senior partner Wang Qizheng serving as the director of the managing committee. They both joined from the local Shandong Xindao Law Firm, which was established by Liu in 2013.

Lantai Qingdao now has 50 professionals in total.

Lantai addressed in a press release that the Qingdao office will focus on corporate equity, commercial compliance, government and public affairs, real estate and infrastructure, employment law, criminal law, and dispute resolution. It will focus on providing cross-border services with Belt-and-Road countries and work closely with Lantai's other offices.
