总部位于广州的卓信律师事务所近日正式设立香港分所，成为该所的第一家境外分支机构。据悉，香港分所将由陈健斌主任领导。

依托于香港国际金融中心与法律枢纽的重要定位，卓信表示将进一步提升其处理跨区域、跨行业、跨法域法律事务和国际法律事务的能力，为境内、外客户持续提供覆盖中国内地及香港本土的优质法律支持，并伴随客户“走出去”。

卓信在一份新闻稿中表示，香港分所的设立标志着其在粤港澳大湾区的服务网络布局再添重要一笔，是该所规模化、国际化进程迈出坚实步伐的体现。

Zhuoxin establishes Hong Kong office

Guangzhou-based Zhuoxin Law Firm has recently set up a new office in Hong Kong, which becomes the firm’s first branch overseas.

According to Zhuoxin, the Hong Kong office will be led by director Chen Jianbin.

Positioned in Hong Kong as an international financial center and legal center, Zhuoxin will further enhance its ability to handle cross-regional, cross-industry, and cross-jurisdictional legal matters, providing high-quality legal support for domestic and international clients. In addition, Zhuoxin will also accompany clients on their "going global" journey, helping them achieve their grand visions and open new horizons.

Zhuoxin addressed in a press release that the Hong Kong branch marks a milestone in the firm's legal service network layout in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, advancing Zhuoxin's plan of scaling up and internationalization.
