近日，总部位于北京的君合律师事务所正式落子西雅图，成为该所在美国的第3家办公室，也是该所全球范围内的第13家分所。

据悉，君合西雅图分所将由李骐律师领导，李律师在公司与并购、外商投资、境外投资等领域具有非常丰富的实务经验。

作为美国太平洋地区的贸易中心，美国西北部商业、文化中心及足以与硅谷相抗衡的高新技术中心，落子西雅图是君合自生式国际化战略的又一次尝试。

君合在一份新闻稿中表示，西雅图分所的成立，将进一步方便君合客户在美国（特别是环太平洋地区的）业务的落地和拓展，为中国企业“走出去”和美国企业“引进来”搭建互通有无的桥梁。

JunHe opens in Seattle

Beijing-headquartered JunHe has recently opened a new office in Seattle, which becomes the firm’s 3rd branch in the U.S. and 13th office globally. 

The new office will be led by partner Adam Li, who focuses on Corporate and M&A, Regulatory Compliance, and Private Equity/Venture Capital.

As the trade, business and cultural center of the U.S., the establishment of the Seattle office is another attempt of JunHe's self-generated internationalization strategy.

JunHe addressed in a press release that the new office will further facilitate the landing and expansion of client's business in the U.S., especially in the Pacific region, and build a bridge for both Chinese and U.S. enterprises.
