天元律师事务所近期在南京设立办公室，成为该所第12家分支机构。

天元在一份新闻稿中表示，天元南京分所已成立资本市场和证券、公司与并购、金融及资产管理、反垄断、争议解决等专业团队。

根据江苏省法律服务机构法律服务人员信息公开平台，天元是继方达等四家律所后，今年第五家落子金陵的省外律所。

Tian Yuan lands its 12 branch in Nanjing

Tian Yuan Law Firm has established Nanjing office, becoming its 12th domestic branch.

The firm said in a statement that the Nanjing office has set up teams covering areas of capital markets and securities, corporate and M&A, finance and asset management, anti-trust, and dispute resolution.

According to information disclosed by Jiangsu government, Tian Yuan is the latest non-local firm to have presence in Nanjing since four peers including Fangda.
