ALB欣然通知，2025 ALB China 十五佳诉讼律师榜单现已开始接受提名。

一直以来，诉讼业务都是律师众多执业领域中重要的一部分，诉讼律师敏锐的案件洞察力、充满雄辩口才和机智应变的庭审风采，以及精妙的诉讼策略是律师界不可或缺的精彩看点。每一年，因得诉讼律师的富有创造性的工作，都涌现出一批批经典案件，给社会的法制进步带来了不可取代的贡献。

我们会根据律师的代表案例，客户推荐，以及市场的反馈做出研究和评选，在2025年4月的中国版杂志上刊登出15名中国出色的诉讼律师。

每一个律师事务所最多可提名2位律师，请内部沟通一致并使用一名联系人提交申请。要求被提名律师1)具有中华人民共和国执业资格；且 2) 在2024年1月至2025年1月，曾在中国大陆开庭的诉讼案件中，或代表中国客户在境外诉讼案件中，有出色表现。

ALB is pleased to announce that submissions for 2025 ALB China Top 15 Litigators are now open.

Litigation has always been a fundamental aspect of the legal profession. This area of law is both contentious and compelling, with every courtroom battle requiring thorough investigation, in-depth research, logical analysis, persuasive eloquence, and quick thinking from lawyers on both sides. Furthermore, while striving for victory for their clients, litigators in China also play a vital role in promoting the rule of law and pursuing social justice.

In its April 2025 issue, ALB will spotlight the Top 15 litigators in China. We will select the 15 best litigators based on their high-profile cases, client recommendations, and feedback from the market.

Each firm can nominate a maximum of TWO lawyers who meet the following criteria: 1) They must be admitted to practice in PRC; and 2) They must have achieved outstanding results in litigation cases EITHER taking place in Mainland China OR representing a Chinese client overseas between January 2024 and January 2025.
