近日，总部位于上海的海华永泰律师事务所正式开设苏州办公室，成为该所在国内的第24家分支机构。

海华永泰苏州办公室的业务主要涉及公司与商事、私募基金与资本市场、国际贸易与投资、建设工程房地产、并购与投融资、知识产权、银行与金融、家族财富传承、争议解决与诉讼、刑事辩护等。

作为海华永泰在长三角地区的第七家办公室，此举将进一步完善其在长三角地区的法律服务网络。

不久前海华永泰刚刚进一步拓展境外布局，设立了伦敦与巴黎办公室。目前其也在筹划合肥、南昌、珠海三家国内办公室的设立。

Hiways opens in Suzhou, expanding YRD footprint

Shanghai-headquartered Hiways Law Firm has recently opened a new office in Suzhou, which is the firm’s 24th domestic branch in China.

Hiways’ Suzhou office will mainly focus on areas of corporate services, private equity and capital markets, international trade and investment, construction and real estate, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, intellectual property, banking and finance, family wealth management, dispute resolution and litigation, and criminal defense.

As the firm’s seventh office in the Yangtze River Delta region, the new office will further complete its service network within the region.

Hiways has also expanded overseas recently with the establishment of its London and Paris offices. The firm has also been planning on venturing into domestic cities of Hefei, Nanchang and Zhuhai.
