Guantao launches in Nanchang

Beijing-headquartered Guantao Law Firm has recently launched a new office in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, becoming the 27th branch of the firm globally.

The firm has announced that Liu Shenghui will be the managing partner of the new office, and the team will be primarily focused on investment and financing M&A, real estate and infrastructure, securities and capital markets, banking and finance, investment funds, family services and wealth management, government regulation and compliance, antitrust and competition, human resources and labour relations, criminal defence and compliance, dispute resolution, intellectual property, bankruptcy and restructuring, and disposal of special assets.
