汉坤律师事务所近日迎来私募股权和跨境并购专家戚舒婷律师加盟其上海办公室。此前，戚律师在凯易国际律师事务所执业接近十年，并于2018年起担任合伙人。戚律师还曾在2007年至2011年执业于贝克·麦坚时国际律师事务所。

戚律师代表多家私募股权基金及战略投资者进行类型广泛的商业交易，在兼并收购、控股权收购、成长股权投资、退出及分拆交易、合资企业、外商直接投资及常规公司业务方面具备丰富经验。戚律师还代表中国公司开展境外投资和其他境外融资项目。她服务的行业包括TMT、医疗、教育、金融、工业制造、零售、物流等。

戚律师加盟之前，汉坤上海办公室自今年初起已完成一系列重要引入，包括1月初与上海原本律师事务所完成合并并迎来原本合伙人集体加入，以及2月顾泱律师、3月刘觉西律师的加入。此外，汉坤深圳、北京办公室近期分别迎来李建辉律师、赵培律师的加盟。

Han Kun adds private equity expert in Shanghai

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Qi Shuting, an expert in private equity and cross-border M&A, in its Shanghai office from Kirkland & Ellis, where she worked for nearly ten years and became a partner since 2018. Qi had also practiced at Baker & McKenzie from 2007 to 2011.

Qi has extensive experience in representing private equity funds and strategic investors in a wide range of business transactions, including M&As, buyouts, growth equity investments, divestitures, joint ventures, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Qi has also represented Chinese companies in their outbound investments and other financing transactions outside China. Her clients cover various industries including TMT, healthcare, education, finance, industrial manufacturing, retail, and logistics.

Prior to the addition of Qi, Han Kun’s Shanghai office has made a series of major hires since the beginning of 2022, including the joining of all partners from Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm following a merger between the two firms, and the joining of Gu Yang and Liu Juexi in February and March, respectively. Additionally, Han Kun has recently hired Li Jianhui to its Shenzhen office and Zhao Pei to its Beijing office.
