汉坤律师事务所近日迎来投融资及并购专家刘觉西律师加盟其上海办公室。此前，刘律师在瑛明律师事务所担任合伙人。她还曾在京东集团担任高级法务总监，并先后执业于金杜律师事务所、君合律师事务所。

刘律师的主要执业领域包括创业投资及私募融资、兼并收购、外商直接投资及一般公司业务，她为跨国公司客户提供外商直接投资、并购及境外投资方面的法律服务。刘律师在TMT相关行业的创业投资及私募融资、跨境投资及并购、战略合资项目、集团分拆重组、公司合规事务等方面具有丰富经验。

这是汉坤继2月迎来投资基金专家赵培律师后的最新一起重要引入。

Investment, finance and M&A expert joins Han Kun in Shanghai from EY Chen & Co

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Juexi (Jessie) Liu, an expert in investment, finance, and M&A, in its Shanghai office from EY Chen & Co. Law Firm, where she was a partner. Liu had also served as a senior legal counsel at JD.com, and practiced at King & Wood Mallesons and JunHe, respectively. 

With expertise in venture capital and private equity investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters, Liu advises multinational corporate clients on FDI, M&A and outbound investment. She also has extensive TMT-related experience in venture capital and private equity investment, cross-border investment, M&A, strategic joint ventures, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate compliance.

This is Han Kun’s latest major hire since adding investment fund expert in February.
