汉坤律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家李建辉律师加盟其深圳办公室。此前，李律师分别在天元律师事务所、竞天公诚律师事务所担任合伙人。

李律师具有近30年的执业经验，主要从事境内外资本市场、私募股权和风险投资、兼并与收购、争议解决等业务。他曾为多家私募股权和风险投资投资基金、跨国公司、国有及私营企业、上市公司和科研机构提供法律服务，涉及半导体、工业与制造业、生命科学与健康医疗、TMT、消费品与零售、新能源与新材料、金融科技与服务、房地产和基础设施、运输与物流、教育等行业。李律师自2012年起受聘担任深圳国际仲裁院仲裁员。此外，他兼任的社会职务还包括广州仲裁委员会仲裁员、深圳证券期货业纠纷调解中心调解员等。

这是继汉坤3月初迎来刘觉西律师加盟其上海办公室后的最新一起重要引入。

Han Kun expands South China practice by adding capital market expert in Shenzhen

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Li Jianhui, an expert in capital markets, in its Shenzhen office from Tian Yuan Law Firm, where he was a partner. Prior to that, he had practiced at Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner.

With nearly 30 years of practice experience, Li focuses on domestic and offshore capital markets, venture capital and private equity investment, M&As, and dispute resolution. He has advised a number of PE/VC investment funds, multinational companies, state-owned and private enterprises, public companies, and research institutions, covering industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, TMT, consumer goods and retail, new energy and new materials, fin-tech and financial services, real-estate and infrastructure, transportation and logistics, and education. Li has served as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration since 2012, in addition to which his social duties include arbitrator at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and mediator at the Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Resolution Centre.

This is Han Kun’s latest major hire since adding Liu Juexi in Shanghai at the beginning of March.
