总部位于北京的万商天勤律师事务所近日成立广州办公室，成为万商天勤在全国范围内的第11家分支机构。

万商天勤广州办公室的专业领域包括公司及资本市场、银行与金融、私募基金与投资并购、国际业务、房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、争议解决、刑事合规与辩护、政府事务等，服务于大湾区企业，央企和广东省、广州市辖属的大型国企等客户。

万商天勤成立于1996年。在设立广州办公室前，万商天勤已在深圳、上海、成都、武汉、西安、长沙、杭州、海口、南京等地设有办公室。

V&T establishes Guangzhou office, the 11th branch in China

The Beijing head-quartered V&T Law Firm has recently established its Guangzhou office, which is the firm’s 11th domestic branch. 

The Guangzhou office focuses on corporate and capital market, banking and finance, private fund, investment and M&A, international business, real-estate, construction and infrastructure, dispute resolution, criminal compliance and defence, and government affairs, serving clients like enterprises in Greater Bay Area and large state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou provinces.

Established in 1996, V&T has had offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xi’an, Changsha, Hangzhou, Haikou and Nanjing prior to setting up the Guangzhou office.
