中伦律师事务所近期正式成立合规与政府监管部,并任命驻北京办公室合伙人刘相文律师和驻上海办公室合伙人高俊律师担任负责人。
中伦合规与政府监管部共有200多名律师,具备丰富的国内外多辖区执业经验。该部门专注于中高端合规与政府监管法律服务,业务全面覆盖合规和反腐败、反垄断和竞争法、贸易合规和救济、海关和进出口、劳动人事、环境保护和安全生产、网络安全与数据合规等领域;聚焦服务于在前述业务领域内面临境内外政府监管压力、具有合规法律服务需求的中央企业、国有企业、跨国公司、大型民营企业。

Zhong Lun launches regulatory compliance department
Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently announced the establishment of the Department of Regulatory Compliance, with Beijing-based partner Liu Xiangwen and Shanghai-based partner Gao Jun appointed as department heads.
The department has over 200 lawyers with extensive experience across domestic and foreign jurisdictions. With a focus on medium and high-end regulatory compliance legal services, the department’s practice areas include compliance and anti-corruption, anti-trust and competition law, trade compliance and trade remedies, customs and import/export, labour and employment, health, safety and environmental protection, cyber security and data compliance, etc. Their clients include central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, multinational enterprises and large private companies facing domestic and foreign government regulation pressure in the aforementioned areas, and with demands in corporate compliance services.
Prior to establishing the department, Zhong Lun has had extensive experience in regulatory compliance. They have advised over 20 corporate compliance system building projects, acted as long-term legal counsel of a number of central ministries and national government departments, and accomplished several influential cases involving responding to investigations and sanction by foreign institutes like DOJ and SEC.
