汉坤律师事务所于近日正式成立海口分所，成为该所在全国范围内继上海、深圳、香港之后的第四家分所。

汉坤表示，其海口团队将充分调动汉坤在基金设立、金融资管、股权投资、争议解决、知识产权以及合规等各个领域的优势，为客户在海南的布局提供服务。

Han Kun opens branch in Haikou

Han Kun Law Offices has recently opened its Haikou branch, becoming the firm’s fourth branch in China following those in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.

Han Kun’s Haikou team will provide legal services for clients’ businesses in Hainan based on the firm’s strengths in funds establishment, finance and asset management, equity investment, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and compliance.

The firm said in a statement: “The Haikou branch will promote the development of Hainan Free Trade Port, and meanwhile cooperate with our branches in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to provide efficient and high-quality legal services for clients in South China.”
