近日，万商天勤律师事务所迎来六位专家梁雪、邵珠刚、杨明阳、尤如、袁慧倩、赵悦良的加盟其北京、上海、南京办公室。

梁律师将加入万商天勤北京办公室，她的业务领域包括争议解决、房地产、建筑工程与基础设施等，尤其擅长代理建设工程合同纠纷、合作开发房地产纠纷及股权投融资纠纷案件。加入万商天勤前，梁律师曾就职于海润天睿律师事务所。

邵律师与杨律师均来自江苏智临律师事务所，他们将加入万商天勤南京办公室。邵律师专注于房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、争议解决领域。杨律师则深耕于公司、资本市场、房地产、建筑工程与基础设施等领域。

尤律师与赵律师均来自芮德渱齐律师事务所，他们都将加入万商天勤上海办公室。尤律师专注于公司及资本市场、私募基金与投资并购、资产证券化、境内外投融资等领域。赵律师的专业领域则为公司事务、诉讼仲裁、劳动人事、知识产权、外商投资等。

同样加入万商天勤上海办公室的还有袁律师，她专注于高净值私人财富管理、保险和信托、公司治理等领域。加入万商天勤前，袁律师曾在铭森律师事务所担任合伙人。

V&T adds six experts in Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing

V&T Law Firm has recently announced the addition of Liang Xue, Shao Zhugang, Yang Mingyang, You Ru, Yuan Huiqian, and Zhao Yueliang to their Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing offices.

Liang, who previously worked at Hai Run Law Firm, will join the Beijing office. Her practice areas include dispute resolution, real estate, construction and infrastructure, with particular expertise in construction contract disputes, co-development real estate disputes, and equity investment and financing disputes. 

Shao and Yang will join the Nanjing office from Jiangsu Zhiling Law Firm. Shao focuses on real estate, construction and infrastructure, and dispute resolution, while Yang specialises in corporate, capital markets, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

You and Zhao will be joining the Shanghai office from Rödl & Partner. You's areas of expertise are corporate and capital markets, private equity and M&A, asset securitisation, and domestic and international investment and financing. Zhao specialises in corporate affairs, litigation and arbitration, labour and human resources, intellectual property, and foreign investment.

Yuan Huiqian will also be joining the Shanghai office. Before joining V&T, Yuan was a Mind & Sun Partners partner specialising in high-net-worth private wealth management, insurance and trust, and corporate governance.
