岳博士团队尤其深耕于电学领域，服务涵盖该领域知识产权保护的各个细分领域，尤擅处理复杂、前沿和新兴技术领域的专利案件/项目。

Shihui welcomes IP partner in Beijing, eyeing for the hardcore-tech sector

Yue Weining, a former partner at King & Wood Mallesons, has joined Shihui Partners in Beijing with his thirty-plus-member team as a huge boost to the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Yue specializes in the protection of intellectual property rights in the electrical and electronics industry. He works with top domestic and international high-tech companies in emerging markets/fields. His practice covers IP protection in the areas of computer software and algorithms, computer system architecture, artificial intelligence, communications and cloud computing, automotive and vehicle networking, chips and semiconductor, among others.

Yue and his team are especially well known for their achievements in the electrical field. They cover almost all sub-fields within this area, with rich experiences on related lawsuits and projects regarding cutting-edge technologies.

Shihui said in one press release that the hire of Yue will help strengthen Shihui’s position as a leading firm in the area of intellectual property.
