中伦律师事务所近日迎来陈志军律师、姜涛律师、李嵘辉律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海、青岛办公室。此前，陈律师任职于瑛明律师事务所，姜律师与李律师均任职于金杜律师事务所。
陈志军律师专注于资本市场逾二十年，在境内外上市、再融资、借壳上市、重大资产重组领域有着丰富的经验。陈律师还为众多上市公司、国企、跨国公司提供股权和资产并购、重组与整合等跨境法律服务。陈律师将加入中伦上海办公室。
姜涛律师深耕公司债务重组、破产重整相关业务，他曾任大型集团公司高管，善于将法律与企业、行业、运营管理有机链接。姜律师在大型企业集团债务破产与重组方面拥有深厚的实务经验。姜律师将加入中伦青岛办公室。伴随姜律师的到来，根据中伦官网，其青岛办公室权益合伙人数量达到了17位。
李嵘辉律师长期从事跨境争议解决和监管合规事务，精深于该领域复杂案件的法律分析。李律师擅于处理国际/跨境争议解决案件，把握案件关键争议点，并综合事实和法律要素进行主张和抗辩。李律师将加入中伦上海办公室。
这是中伦在今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。
Zhong Lun adds capital market, restructuring and litigation experts in Shanghai and Qingdao
Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired Chen Zhijun, Jiang Tao and Li Ronghui as partners in its Shanghai and Qingdao offices. Chen was from EY Chen & Co. Law Firm, while Jiang and Li were both form King & Wood Mallesons.
Chen Zhijun has been focusing on capital markets for over 20 years and has extensive experience in domestic and overseas listings, refinancing, shell listings and major asset restructuring. He has also provided cross-border legal services to numerous listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations in the areas of equity and asset mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and integration. Chen will join Zhong Lun’s Shanghai office.
Jiang Tao is deeply involved in practices related to corporate debt restructuring and bankruptcy. He has served as a senior executive of a large group and is adept at organically connecting law with corporate, industry and operational management. Jiang has in-depth practical experience in debt bankruptcy and restructuring of large corporate groups. Jiang will join Zhong Lun’s Qingdao office and he will be the firm’s seventeenth equity partner in the city.
Li Ronghui has extensive experience in cross-border dispute resolution and regulatory compliance matters and is well versed in the legal analysis of complex cases in this area. He specialises in handling international/cross border dispute resolution, grasping the key points of contention and integrating factual and legal elements in asserting and defending them. Li will join Zhong Lun’s Shanghai office.
This is the forth batch of partner-level hire at Zhong Lun this year.
