中联律师事务所近日迎来徐国建律师以高级合伙人身份携团队加盟其上海办公室。此前，徐律师执业于上海邦信阳中建中汇律师事务所。

徐律师具有超过30年的执业经验，领域包括跨境投资、国际投资与商事仲裁、艺术法，曾接受国内外多个政府部门和企业的委托，处理国际仲裁案件，并曾参与多个跨境股权投资、基金托管项目。

这是中联今年下半年的首起合伙人级别引入。

SGLA adds foreign-related practice veteran in Shanghai

SGLA Law Firm has hired foreign-related practice expert Xu Guojian as a partner in its Shanghai office. Xu, who formerly practiced at Boss & Young Attorneys-At-Law, joins with his team.

With 30 years of experience, Xu focuses on cross-border investment, international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as art law. He has represented multiple China domestic and foreign government departments and companies in international arbitration cases and has participated in a number of cross-border equity investment and fund management projects.

This is SGLA’s first partner-level hire in the second half of 2022.
