凯易律师事务所近日迎来私募股权房地产业务律师管荣以合伙人身份加盟其香港办事处。此前，管律师在普衡律师事务所担任大中华区房地产业务部主管合伙人。

管律师加盟凯易后，将领导该所亚洲私募股权房地产业务，代表全球和地区私募股权发起人和战略投资者就广泛的复杂跨境房地产并购、合资企业、基金设立、证券和融资交易提供法律服务。

这是凯易香港办事处继今年1月迎来合伙人吕梦宇后的最新一起合伙人级别招聘。管律师加盟后，凯易香港办公室有23位合伙人。

Kirkland nabs Greater China real estate head from Paul Hastings

Kirkland & Ellis has hired Paul Guan as a partner and head of the firm’s private equity real estate practice in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Guan joins from Paul Hastings, where he headed the Greater China real estate practice.

Guan represents global and regional private equity sponsors and strategic investors on a broad range of cross-border real estate M&A, joint venture, fund formation, securities, and financing transactions.

Guan first joined Paul Hastings at the start of his legal career in 2008, leaving for a one-year in-house stint in 2013. He returned in 2014, and was named as a partner in the following year.

Guan’s hire is Kirkland’s first partner-level lateral in Hong Kong since it welcomed back capital markets specialist Mengyu Lu from Sidley Austin in January.

Kirkland’s Hong Kong office now has 23 partners.
