嘉源律师事务所近日迎来齐华英、王田田律师及团队正式加入本所，并将主要于上海、香港办公室工作。

齐律师将成为嘉源高级合伙人兼投资基金部负责人，她在境内及境外私募基金及资产管理相关业务领域有近二十年经验。

加入嘉源之前，齐律师曾在安理国际律师事务所（现A&O Shearman律师事务所）及其中国联营伙伴朗悦律师事务所工作。在2023年加入A&O Shearman之前，她曾在汉坤律师事务所担任合伙人。

王律师将以合伙人的身份加盟，她在金融、资产管理、金融科技等领域各项新型和复杂的交易、案件和事项中提供战略性法律咨询服务具有丰富的经验。

加入嘉源之前，王律师曾在遥望律师事务所担任合伙人，该所是西盟斯律师事务所的中国合作律所。此前，王律师曾在世界银行集团旗下的国际金融公司担任了四年的法务，之后加盟了安理国际及朗悦。

伴随两位专家的加入，嘉源香港办公室目前共有7位合伙人。

Jia Yuan bolsters funds team with hires from A&O Shearman, YaoWang

PRC law firm Jia Yuan Law Offices has strengthened its funds and financing practice after hiring Daisy Qi as senior partner and head of the investment funds department from A&O Shearman and Wang Tiantian as partner from YaoWang Law Firm.

Both lawyers are set to be dually based in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Qi has nearly two decades of experience in domestic and offshore private equity and asset management related businesses. After working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Cooley earlier in her career, she became a partner at Han Kun Law Offices. Qi joined the legacy Allen & Overy in January last year.

Meanwhile, Wang has extensive experience in providing strategic legal counseling in various new and complex transactions, cases and matters in the areas of finance, asset management and fintech.

Wang joined YaoWang, Simmons & Simmons’ PRC alliance firm in February this year. She previously spent more than a decade at A&O and its joint operation office, Lang Yue Law Firm. Wang began her career at the World Bank Group.

Jia Yuan currently has three full-time partners in Hong Kong - Liu Lei, Benjamin Wang, and Zhang Lu.
