国浩律师事务所近日迎来苏绍聪律师担任其香港办公室诉讼及纠纷解决业务主管及合伙人。此前，苏律师在孖士打律师行担任合伙人，他曾在该所执业超过25年。

苏律师执业领域包括商事、刑事等诉讼、仲裁以及破产、清算、地产等相关法律事务，擅长就香港地区所有类型的跨境争议、地产相关诉讼、诽谤诉讼、媒体相关诉讼以及中国内地商业争议提供法律意见。苏律师还担任十三届全国政协委员、香港太平绅士。他曾在香港国际仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会担任仲裁员，并曾担任香港律师会会长。

苏律师加盟后，国浩香港办公室共有五名合伙人。

Grandall hires disputes veteran in HK from Mayer Brown

The PRC’s Grandall Law Firm has hired Thomas So as a partner and head of its dispute resolution department in Hong Kong from Mayer Brown. So, a former president of the Law Society of Hong Kong, was at Mayer Brown for more than 25 years.

With areas of expertise that include commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration, as well as bankruptcy, liquidation, real estate related legal affairs, So is experienced in cross-border disputes, litigation cases involving real estate, defamation, and media, as well as China-related commercial disputes. 

Apart from serving as the president of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 2016 to 2018, So is a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, sitting on its Social and Legal Affairs Committee. He is also as an arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
