天达共和律师事务所近日迎来多位专家管友伟、郭婺光、李园、童骏、王本桥律师分别加盟其成都、温哥华、大湾区及上海办公室。

管律师专注于重大疑难复杂类案件争议解决、公司治理结构设计、不良债权处置、房地产建设开发及投融资并购领域。加入天达共和之前，管律师曾在四川君合律师事务所工作。

郭律师现负责天达共和温哥华办公室事务，专注于中加商业并购、加拿大信托搭建、家族企业合规及传承、能源项目投融资和营运等领域。

李律师从事法律服务20年，尤其擅长争议解决、土地的获取与转让、项目融资、城市更新，以及地产运营管理等方面的法律服务。加入天达共和之前，李律师曾在广东广和律师事务所工作。

童律师在企业境内外证券发行、再融资、投资并购、民商事纠纷处置等领域具有丰富的实务经验。加入天达共和之前，童律师曾在中伦律师事务所工作。

王律师在企业合规及反舞弊、刑事控告及辩护、民商事争议解决（特别是刑民交叉类案件）、银行与金融等领域具有丰富的从业经验。加入天达共和之前，王律师曾在中伦文德律师事务所工作。

East & Concord adds five experts

East & Concord Partners has recently added five experts Guan Youwei, Guo Wuguang, Li Yuan, Tong Jun, Wang Benqiao as partners in its Chengdu, Vancouver, GBA and Shanghai offices.

Guan focuses on dispute resolution of major difficult and complex cases, design of corporate governance structure, disposal of non-performing debts, real estate construction and development, and investment, financing and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining East & Concord, Guan worked at Sichuan Junhe Law Firm.

Guo is now in charge of Investec's Vancouver office, focusing on China-Canada business M&A, Canadian trust construction, family business compliance and inheritance, and energy project investment, financing and operation.

Li has been engaged in legal services for 20 years, with expertise in dispute resolution, land acquisition and transfer, project financing, urban renewal, and property operation and management. Prior to joining East & Concord, Li worked at Guanghe Law Firm.

Tong has extensive practical experience in the areas of corporate domestic and overseas securities issuance, refinancing, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and civil and commercial disputes. Prior to joining East & Concord, Tong worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Wang has extensive experience in corporate compliance and anti-fraud, criminal prosecution and defence, civil and commercial dispute resolution (especially criminal and civil cross-cutting cases), banking and finance. Prior to joining East & Concord, Wang worked at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.
