贝克•麦坚时国际律师事务所在华联营所奋迅律师事务所早前宣布并购/私募股权业务专家张宏律师已加盟其上海办公室，领导中国私募股权业务部门并担任主管。此前，张律师在君合律师事务所担任合伙人。

张律师的主要执业领域为国内外跨境并购项目及相关的法律服务工作（包括复杂的私募股权和风险投融资项目、红筹结构、上市前各种类型公司的融资项目），以及公司战略合作和合资交易等。她在为中国及跨国企业就中国境内外投资提供法律咨询服务方面拥有十数年的经验。

这是奋迅继今年8月迎来胡光健律师后的最新重要任命。

FenXun adds leading M&A/PE lawyer in Shanghai

FenXun Partners, Baker McKenzie’s Joint Operation platform partner in China, has hired M&A/PE expert Zhang Hong as head of private equity for China and is based in Shanghai. Zhang joins the office from JunHe, where Zhang was a partner.

Zhang focuses on domestic and overseas cross-border M&A and related legal issues, including complex private equity and venture capital investment and financing, 'red-chip' structures, pre-IPO equity financing for various types of corporations, as well as strategic cooperation and joint venture transactions. She has over a decade of experience in advising Chinese companies and multinationals on both China inbound and outbound investments.

This is FenXun’s latest strategic lateral hire since adding Ada Hu in August.
